Using the Form
Orders and payments can be submitted online using our ordering form. Alternatively, you may place your order by phone, fax, mail, or in person. If you do not submit your order online, you may still find it convenient to complete the form and simply print it for mailing, faxing, etc.

Shipping is available for an additional charge. (Delivery to Ithaca College is $10). Call The Frame Shop for more information.
